PAYMENT OPTIONS: For your convenience, we accept credit cards payments through Paypal. We do not accept personal checks.

We only accept Paypal payments from Verified accounts and will only ship to the Confirmed address.
Personal checks are NOT accepted.

SHIPPING: Shipments are generally made within one business on receipt of payment.

At this time, we do not ship to Canada or foreign country. No Will-Call are available (that means no local pickup).

WARRANTY: All sales are final: Returns of product, other than with defect, are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Please install or test items promptly upon receipt.

All auction items are sold with a DOA warranty. This means if the item is Dead On Arrival, we will replace or refund the item at our discretion. The DOA warranty usually extends for two days of the date you receive the product unless otherwise noted in our auction. We are not responsible for the compatibility with your operating system or hardware configuration unless otherwise mentioned in the auction text.

S&H fee are NOT refundable.

RMA: All returned item must be pre-approved in writing and assigned a RMA Number. Returns must be received with 7 days of the RMA number being issued or the RMA is void.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on all items returned to us for warranty repairs, exchanges or refunds.
